At Kanu Arabia LLC, we aim to deliver your orders safely across the UAE. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees, as they can be affected by factors outside our control.

1. Delivery Timeline (UAE)

Shipping within the UAE is handled manually through our logistics partners.

Delivery Time:

✔ 4 to 7 working days for all major UAE cities
✔ Remote areas may take longer than the standard timeline

These timelines apply after order confirmation and are estimated, not fixed. We will follow up with you along the way to keep you updated on your delivery status.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed manually by our team.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp message once your order is on the way, and our team will follow up with delivery status updates as needed.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fee varies based on location and will be shown during checkout.
  • Free delivery may be offered during promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for UAE orders. If the customer refuses delivery without valid reason, shipping charges may apply.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address. If delivery fails due to incorrect details:

  • Re-delivery fees may apply
  • Delivery timelines may change

6. Delays

We aim to deliver within 4 to 7 working days, however delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High seasonal volume
  • Courier issues
  • Incorrect address
  • Remote or hard to reach locations, which may require additional time

Currently, we only ship within the UAE. International shipping will be announced once available.
